At Green Soul Wellness the items are handmade by myself. Each of the self care items are made in small batches to insure quality. I only use natural preservatives, as I’m on a chemical free journey.

Returns:   Thank you for understanding that due to the hygienic nature of the products, I am unable to accept returns on them. Each product comes sealed to you and therefore is non returnable. 

Cancellations: I will ship these items out within 2 business days. If you need to cancel the order you may do so in that time frame, before it's shipped. 

 Currently I am only shipping self care products to the United States. 

Artwork is a labor of love. Each piece is handmade by myself. These are one of a kind (ooak)  I do not assembly line mass produce  art work.  It generally can be heavy to ship. Especially the mosaic art.  I do my best to pack safely and yet economically.  I will adjust/refund  shipping if I can ship cheaper than charged 

Shipping: All shipping is done with usps and very occasionally fedex.  Tracking is attached to all orders. I can not control what happens to your package after I hand it over to the shipping facility, but i will help you in any way i can if something goes awry. 

Is shipping expensive? It sure is,I don't set the post office prices. Nor do I inflate my product prices to make it look like your getting a great deal on shipping.  Here's the scoop. Someway, some how, your item needs to get to you.  We can pretend that lip balms are $7 with free shipping or we can be realistic that lip balms are $3 with $4 shipping.  I'll let you decide which option you would like.

 All on-line educational sessions are non-refundable.
